COVID-19 Update: Minimising Delivery Disruptions
On behalf of all of us here at Arcus Wire Group, we wish you a happy New Year and would like to thank you for your continued support in 2022.
As you are all aware, the current COVID outbreak is impacting many businesses, including Arcus Wire Group.
We are successfully managing to keep both of our branches open and trading whilst keeping our staff and customers safe.
However, disruptions in the Australian domestic freight network have heavily impacted our distribution of goods to customers. This has unfortunately caused some delays in delivery or orders being missed for collection.
How Arcus Wire Group is Minimising Disruption
We apologise for the disruption caused to our customers and are doing all we can to get goods safely to you.
Our team are currently working on expanding our network of freight providers to improve delivery times.
We would also like to assure customers that are stock levels in both branches are increasing, with more incoming stock expected this month to meet demands.
We will provide further updates as they become available. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
